The house had been on the market for 4 months. The sellers called me for an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) Consultation. Within 3 days they completed 95% of my ASP Staging Recommendations. 2 days later the selllers called to tell me they received 2 full price offers and were heading to the realtor's office to sign a contract! We were so excited! The sellers are true believers in the power of ASP Staging and how it makes the Biggest Difference in Selling a house quickly.
