There is always someone that has a quick wit. Be it in general conversation or business. When a problem comes up...are you able to answer it without hee hawing around. Do you look professional when the question totally stumps you, or can you roll off an answer right off your tounge.
If you are having problems like these and find yourself going ummm, well ummm. I did in my younger days, and I had a teacher give me a piece of advice. Before answering any question, give yourself 2-3 seconds of time. That way when you are stumped, acouple more seconds won't seam so long to the person you are toalking to.
And don't forget that I DON'T KNOW, BUT I WILL FIND OUT, can be a very acceptable answer.

A man rushed into a bar and ordered a double martini. The man downed it with one swallow, put a five dollar bill on the bar and rushed out again.
The bartender picked up the bill, folded it carefully and tucked it in his vest pocket. Just at that moment he looked up at his boss standing in the doorway staring at him.
Doing a bit of fast thinking he said..."Hi boss, did you see that fellow just know? Came in here, bought a double martini, gave me a five dollar tip, and rushed out without paying."
THAT'S THINKING ON YOUR FEET!!!
