 Read the full story: “.........the agency will halt current IndyMac foreclosures and renegotiate loan terms with borrowers in an effort to keep them in their homes.”

There is a little hope left! Could it be the “too little to late” syndrome? What do you think?

Imagine if they lost the promissory note on your loan!

Oh, they will find it sooner or latter in this electronic world.   I have had problem getting pay-offs because they mis-placed a loan or two.

Very interesting report from CNN. I know nothing is ever lost, it is mearly "mis-filed."
