This is Jeffrey Richman from Waxhaw, NC (20 minutes south of Charlotte). This will be the first in a series of blogs related to Land Trusts, How to create Trusts, why we use them, what protection they offer to you, your business and your financial well being.
I have been using Land Trusts for 12 years and I learned from Lou Brown of Street Smart Systems. I am licensed by Lou Brown and Street Smart to share my knowledge with others in the area that I am located in. He has graciously allowed me to use excerpts of his teachings.
