The Yorba Linda Real Estate Report for July 23rd, 2008 follows:
There are 439 active listings. This consists of 368 Single Family Residences and 71 Condos.
There are 104 homes in escrow. This consists of 90 Single Family Residences and 14 Condos.
So far this month 34 homes have closed escrow. This consists of 31 Single Family Residences and 3 Condos.
Since our last post, 4 homes were listed, 1 went in to escrow, 3 closed escrow, 1 was taken off the market, 1 was put back on the market and 2 were put on hold.
Median Sold Price in June is $615,000.
Average Sold Price in June is $767,935.
