Landscaping

Recently I was asked by a client to list a nice house for a considerable sum.  When I arrived I was shocked to see there wasn't any landscaping.  When I asked the client his reply was he read somewhere landscaping gave zero return back.  Well I disagreed and told him my reasons.  Well good to know he will add some plants to the front of the house.  I will let you know what happens.
