I am looking for a way to get 30,60,90 day late mortgage leads straight from the 3 credit bureaus.
1. Is this possible?
2.How much are people paying the beareus to get this info?
Currently I can find people that have gone into foreclosure but they are already at sheriff sale. This only gives me 6 months in Minnesota to try to work with the bank to help the client and sell the property. If there is a way to find out when a mortgage goes 30 days or more late and it doesn't cost you an arm and a leg, then please share.
If anyone has an effective process and is willing to share, let me know.
