Malibu has been going through several changes lately.  If you have not been to the Cross Creek area of Malibu lately, you will be pleased to see that much work has been done. We are pleased to say we now have side walks, landscaping and several new stores opening.

The old Malibu Lumber building is gone and in its place there will be several upscale retail shops. It has a target date to open this fall. The shopping plaza at Point Dume where Cook's Market was, has been redone and we now have a beautiful Von's Pavilion's.

The Malibu Beach Inn, on Carbon Beach has been completely renovated. You definitely get the feel that you are at a five star resort location.

As you drive along Pacific Coast Highway you will see several office buildings that have been remodeled. The long awaited vacant Pier View and Monroe's Restaurants should be going forward with their renovation. Other changes that are targeted will be at Hows Trancas Market and Pacific Coast Greens.

Just a year after opening their doors Bentzen Levin Real Estate's success has prompted the company to open a new branch office on Malibu's West End at the Zuma Beach Plaza.
