The August edition of Money Magazine heralds good news for residents of Nicholasville Kentucky -- their city has been ranked number 1 among small cities for housing affordability.
The magazine analyized sales data from home sales within Nicholasville city limits and "only towns where there were more than 100 home sales in 2007 and that were experiencing job and population growth were considered" according to the magazine.
