In this real estate market is any offer a good offer? How would you feel if someone offered you 50% of the asking price of a property you had for sale. Personally I feel some offers really are to low however as a buyers agent we are obligated to represent our clients best interests its just that we might go broke before we find a home seller willing to sell their property anywhere close to half off their asking price.
