I don't have a clue how this works. Hopefully, someone can give me some direction and guidance. I would like to learn how to network on AR. Please help.

Welcome aboard. It is considered good form to respond back whenever someone comments on your blog posts. A great way to connect with other professionals is to read their posts and leave comments. If you find someones articles you like you can hit the subscribe button to follow their future posts. You can also add them as an associate, so you can find them and their posts easier in the future.
At the bottom fo the screen is the guidelines and Help/FAQ. That is a great way to get started. The is also a group called: Active Rain Newbies You will find several good articles there to help you get familiar with the system.

Richard Welcome to Active Rain! This is a great place to network and learn. My suggestion would be to look in the Groups section and join groups that appeal to you. I started out with 3 or 4 then have been gradually expanding. That and keep on writing blogs!
