Stratford Real Estate and Homes Sales Update
June 2008
We are seeing a continuation of a multi-year slowdown in the Stratford Real Estate market. Sales are off 23% from last year but also 31% from 2006. Prices have softened due to the lower demand from housing and have declined 11% from just one year ago.
