I have worked in the home improvement industry for twenty years, and much of that history has been in sales management and company ownership. My experience extends from the behind the scenes things such as lumber, electric and plumbing as well as the surface niceties such as home decor, color trends and a clean, fresh style.
I have worked with builders, realtors, homeowners and sellers, gearing up homes for sale and helping with homes just purchased. It has been a wonderful career to date and I look forward to continuing it with a focus on only the home staging process. It just takes up so much time that I had to choose where my true love for work did lie.

I have done hundreds of consultations or homes being remodeled, new addtions and being prepared for sale. Working in the technical side of the industry has allowed me to excel over people who know how to place a throw pillow. I get down to the leaking faucet or crack in the wall and show you how to see your home as the home buyer, knowing what to fix, how to approach it and how to prepare your home at the least possible expense.
I am not "that" person who only has completed an online course or a two day seminar, then promotes myself as an expert, although I see a huge value in the courses I've come across online. It is my longstanding experience since the late 80s that has allowed me to grow my knowledge and be exactly the person you need to sell your client's home in its best light for a great price.
I have helped many families already and look foward to an even successful future helping you succeed!
Note:
I am in the process of creating a larger website. Both testimonials and "before and after" photos, as well as additonal information about my background will be up shortly, but it can be found at http://www.stageSTL.com.
I have removed my old site, as I transferred the domain and am learning the FTP uploads. I believe by August 1st, 2008, it should be completely working and updated
Thank you for your patience this week.
