Remaining a Player

Given the tremendous challenges of the current real estate market, in reference to both Buyers and Sellers, how will you adjust your strategy to remain a player in the world of real estate this year?  I have found listings to be difficult and buyers to be more nervous than ever.  What are your thoughts?
