I have posted on the flipping homes forum for quite a while now and have bought some of Steve Cooks products, and there hasn't been a more intuitive, straight to the point, and ethical course in real estate investments elsewhere. The best part is that he's local, and lives in Reisterstown, MD, so any legal advice should be a nice resource for Maryland investors. There is a resource for wholesalers to list their houses which also serves for a pool of investment oppurtunities for rehabbers.Thought I'd give em a shout out since I am very satisfied with all his advice and resources that he, JP, and his staff has provided me. Most Maryland Investors probably have heard of Steve Cook, but I thought i might reach a few that haven't. If you know anything unethical or discerning about SC than please let me know. So far, I haven't heard an ounce of bad news about this guy. Happy Investing and God Bless Check it out if you haven't already @ http://www.flippinghomes.com/
