New Clients are EVERYWHERE!

People always ask me how I meet my clients. Most of my clients are now close personal friends with me. Most meet me first by phone if they have called Prudential about a house. Chances are...I was on floor duty and all calls went to me.

Next might be open house that I host most Sundays. Many are referrals from past clients or friends. Some are clients after seeing my website or ad in TravelHost about relocating.

In Kentucky Homes Magazine I like to showcase a client and they tell their story of how we met. Now people (even other agents) read these every month and look for them! Some I have met that just walked in at Prudential and I was there. Now on Activerain there is fantastic potential for meeting new associates.

I have met so many great people since being in real estate and truly love helping clients get into that next home. It's a fabulous adventure! Thank you for allowing me to have so much fun!!!

We have a class called "Take it to the streets' and we preach that everybody is your client.  I have got more business from people I meet in the community, the from my farming.

Lizette you are right, you can meet clients anywhere that is why it's so important to always talk about your business to people you meet.  They are out there we just have to meet them.

You're all so right! I sat through my Sales meeting today and we were talking about how EVERYONE is a prospect, and how we should always be selling. Well, we went around the conference table and everyone said "I should be passing out more cards when I'm out of the office..." or "I should be going to more of my networking events..." or "I should be going door-to-door."

At the end of the day EVERYONE just ends up "SHOULDING" all over themselves. We take it for granted when we say CLIENTS ARE EVERYWHERE!!!

Thanks for the reminder...now I'm going to cook up some ways of making it hit home with my staff, and for me as well.

Pleasure meeting you all!

This is a great reminder! Giving out business cards and smiles is for sure a much cheaper way to find clients than many other ways out there!

Thanks for all the great comments! I just knew there were others like me that hate to farm. Every adventure out from our homes is an opportunity to meet a new friend. Talk with everyone around you even in the checkout line at the store.
