Don, I have been to Wentzville and it is a nice town. Many of the suburbs around St. Louis are. I like the granularity you have with your market update where you take it down to the week level. It can't get more up to date than that. Looks like the three bedrooms were the movers last week. I wish you continued success in your business.

Good afternoon Gary,

The three bedrooms homes are pretty much the norm around here right now.  If we have any problem it is in getting the buyers to realize that the market is not as bad as it is protrayed in the national media.  The other glaring issue is the local economy and the uncertainty of AB and the Chrysler plant closing down next year in Fenton..  But we will come out of all of this and we will be stronger and better for it not only locally but nationally too.

Good morning Ms. Lisa,

I had planned on continuing these on a weekly basis and a end of the month report the whole county for awhile.  The reason behind it is  this, these are the 5 largest cities in the county and there is a local reporter that is following what is going on in the area.  I have found that since I have started these the phone calls from him has reduced and the overall negative in the media here has slowed down.  The 5 charts take me about 2 hours to do and get posted each week and I hope and pray when people read them they see the market is not all as bad as it is portrayed to be.
