Harbour Point Yacht Club with its beautiful Lake Lanier homes was selected as the location for first "water-oriented" Street of Dreams ever held in the Atlanta area. The Street of Dreams is one of the most popular luxury home tour and lifestyle events in the country. From September 15 through November 4, 2001, more than 40,000 visitors spent their weekends at this prestigious event. Interestingly, more than 60 of those show participants arrived by water!
Each of the six luxury Lake Lanier homes (5,570 to 7,300 square feet+) on the Street of Dreams tour was a work of art, with the latest architectural elements, construction techniques, energy-saving technology and home automation systems-each created by one of the Harbour Point custom builders.
Furthermore, each home had its own designer that collaborated with the builder in selecting colors, décor, fixtures and finishes. The design team also furnished and accessorized the home, down to the tiniest detail.

Yacht Club

The Club overlooks the lake and mountains beyond providing a place to relax and enjoy the spectacular views from several decks and verandahs.
The Galley Grille
The Grille is located on the terrace level of the Yacht Club adjacent to the pool area. The Grille offers quality food fast at an affordable price. You can lunch poolside or in our Members Lounge. Or you can order box lunches to take with you while enjoying your boating activities.
Cascading Pools
Cascading pools overlook Lake Lanier and offer spectacular views of the Appalachian Mountains. The upper sitting pool is a relaxing place to entertain friends and enjoy cool refreshments. Below our waterfall is the lower, larger sports pool for exercise and leisure activities. |

The Private Marina is centrally for everyone's enjoyment in our deep-water harbour located on The Peninsula. The Marina offers 252 full use wet slips as well as 30 day use courtesy moorings. Harbour Point's wet slips are among the best on Lake Lanier with full covered slips equipped with water and electrical hook-ups.
Dry Slips
Harbour Point's dry storage facility offers covered storage as well as uncovered storage with on-site water and power. Its location is convenient to deep water boat launch ramps, picnic areas, beach and ample parking. The dry storage facility is fenced and gated with computer controlled access.
Boat Rentals
The Boat Rental Program provides the casual boater the opportunity to experience the lake and the surrounding natural resources. This offers convenience as well as hassle free boating. Our fleet includes deck boats for the active individual who enjoys water sports and pontoon boats for day outings or a leisurely evening cruise.
3 ½ Miles of Shoreline
Harbour Point is located on 3 ½ miles of pristine Lake Lanier shoreline. We have 3 miles of unspoiled federally protected shoreline. We have ½ mile of shoreline that encompasses The Peninsula and is home to our Private Marina. |
| Harbour Point Pavilion
The Pavilion is located adjacent to our Marina Area. Its Nantucket styled architecture ties into the Peninsula Homes as well as the Yacht Club. It offers 900 square feet of covered area to meet with friends and enjoy the Lake.
Fitness Center
The Fitness Center is located in the terrace level of our Yacht Club. It features Life Fitness equipment. Drop by for an early morning workout on the treadmill, stair stepper or the multi-station weight lifting center.
Tennis Center
There are four lighted tennis courts located a short stroll from the Yacht Club. The Tennis Center is located on its own unique parcel that offers privacy as well as convenience.
Playground
The Playground is located below the pool and Yacht Club adjacent to our Private Marina.
Picnic Area
Our Picnic Area is located below the pool and Yacht Club. With picnic tables and charcoal grills, you can gather with friends and family and enjoy the lake from a natural setting.
Walking Trails
There are many paved and lighted Walking Trails as well as naturally mulched trails. These trails offer the opportunity for evening strolls. |
