This is not new news and many posts I have read talk about the change in business they have experienced since blogging. But I'm here to tell you- you have to be consistent, patient, and thoughtful about your content. I write a lot of things that are members only, I write some things I find funny (and those that comment are at least willing to humor me with a- hey ho that's funny..good joke).
But in reality, for the folks you want to find you, you need to write about your: town , city, attractions, activities, and the unique offerings you have (after all all real estate is local, I heard that somewhere?).
Keep blogging my friends the better mouse trap has been invented already and you can use it for the asking. The longer the tail on that rodent (be he bat or mouse) the better you will connect in a web search (write a long tag line and see if you are the only one that comes up in an organic search).
