Email Listing Links to Clients & Use in Presentations

By
Real Estate Agent with Greenridge Realty Oakmont

Seller clients seem to love seeing their home on website pages, so I email to them the links to all the website pages where their home is listed. (that I know of! Seems new ones are linking in all of the time)

My listings appear on over 20 web sites, (not including idx sites to other offices) which is something I also use as a point in my marketing.  At listings presentations, I include a page showing all of the major sites that have my listings appear.  This can also be of high value in gaining sellers with FSBOs or expireds.

I do the same thing---sellers today realize that their property(ies) have to have a presence on the net.  Before "active rain", I didn't realize how many free realty website there are--hooray!

Lynn - I do the same also, and I keep a log of all the marketing dollars I put into the property. That way if the subject ever comes up of, "what are you doing for me"...I can pop out the portfolio.

Thanks for the post,

Lynn, I also send them out it is just alot of emailing to do.  I do like Stan's idea of the expense portfolio.  I track expenses but, do not keep them seperated and handy like that.

It is good business just to keep them informed as to whati s happening. The number 1 complaint on agents is lack of staying in touch.

I think this is a great idea. Clients see their home displayed on the internet just drives them to bring in mor epeople to see the site. Thanks, Keith
