Peoria is proposing development of an additional city library to be located at the corner of 98th Avenue and Lake Pleasant Parkway. The Peoria library is called Camino a Lago and would sit on 13 acres and would include a five acre park. The design for the new library is also consideration because current designs are quite contemporary. The new Peoria Library would include sections for adult/media, fiction for teens and youth as well as meeting spaces, staff offices and a break room.
This library would be in a great location for such areas as WestWing Mountain and Pleasant Valley.
