I recently recieved my license to do loans in the state of GA and i am looking for a good wholesale lender's AE to send my business too. I spoke with an AE at Taylor Bean and Whitaker today and he promised me the world.
Has anyone done business with them?

They will definately promise you the world but the underwriters are some of the worst I have dealt with today they are underwriting on files that were submitted on July 7th. The only good thing about them is the do manufacture loans with no hits to the rate. Just be ready for a very slow process with no chance on getting answers. They definately treat it as a number not a person.
