#2 Normal Sale / Traditional Seller: These are almost extinct . . not too many homeowners are willing to put their home in the market to compete with the short sales and the foreclosures unless they really have to sell. . . .These has to be the MOST MOTIVATED SELLER GROUP/ The downsize is that they can only discount their asking price according to what they owe to the bank. . .in general most sellers today are near upside down.

Learning where to find these REO’s in the early stages could give you an edge. REO’s are usually the most effective way in buying it at the lowest possible price and still have time to inspect the property at your leisure . . .with ample time to make a decision.
