Developing a Personal Brochure

Real Estate Broker/Owner with Classic Realty Associates

Our agent training sessions have concentrated recently on developing quality personal business brochures.  Developing a brochure can be quite tedious unless you have some guidance or help in the process or you can simply turn the process over to a professional.  That can become quite expensive.  Actual printing costs can be shopped around and we would never recommend printing them on your  personal printer. Not with ink costing the man on the street an arm and a leg. You think gas is high?A gallon of quality ink is about $2,500!

So before you decide to do your brochure take a look at those belonging to other agents. Then decide what your theme is going to be about and just start creating. Eventually with input from others in you office , you will come up with a great idea and a handsome brochure. Take your time but work at it until completed.

Have a great week!

That's very interesting, I quit using personal business brochures some time ago and maybe I should revisit the idea...

I dont think i there's an agent in my town that has a personal brochure.  So does anyone have one they'd like to share? :)
