Gee wizz, here in Ocean City the cliched ole' saying "Now is the time to buy"...is for real! Folks are jumping at opportunties to get thier first,... second home, or there first investment property at the beach. Boy, I know I have bought in this market and serious able, educated buyers are as well.
The inventory is high and believe it or not there are sellers that are selling at a profit- although adjusted to the new reality. The new reality is a correction, a correction that was desperately needed. So, buy now and be ready for years of enjoyment of your beach home. Or years holding a valuable investment...a tangible real estate investment. One that WILL appreciate over time one that will not slip due to "puffed numbers" from a CEO making $200 million a year. Yes real estate is the best/safest investment over time you can make...so come on down to OC...and gimme a ring. Have agreat day!!
