Keller Williams has just been ranked number one among Home Buyers in Customer Satisfaction by J. D. Powers. Prudential ranked highest among Home Sellers.
What is interesting is that the J. D. Powers article eludes to the fact that even though most buyers and sellers are doing on-line Internet home shopping, Real Estate agents are still the key factor to customer satisfaction.
