Kristin Shows Justin the Money
Why are Kristin Stampini our WCR Greater Palm Beach Chapter Treasurer and Justin Zimmerman our Technology Committee Chairperson so happy? It's because they both benefited recently from a client referral that Justin made to Kristin. Kristin presented Justin with a sizeable check at our monthly breakfast meeting April 24th. Kristin is a Performance Management Network (PMN) Designee. The Performance Management Network is a Realtor® designation sponsored by the Women's Council of Realtors® designed to give Realtors® real world skills, the know-how and the tools to keep their business out front and on top of the ever evolving real estate market. A primary goal of this program is to encourage WCR members to refer business to other members of The Women's Council of Realtors®. In order to receive this prestigious designation the participant must be a Realtor®, Realtor-Associate® or Realtor® Association Executive. The participant must complete at least three of the five Performance Management Network courses. Once the courses are complete the designee must submit documented evidence of closed referral transactions, within the prior 24 months, totaling 30 points. The designee earns 10 points each from a referral from another national WCR member, 5 points from a non-WCR Realtor® and 2 points from client referrals. Both Justin and Kristin earned an easy 10 points through their referral business on this transaction because they are both WCR members! Performance Management Network courses are offered throughout the year in many locations in the US as well as in Canada. PMN courses are taught by recognized real estate experts, like our own Tony Macaluso. Topics include Harnessing the Power, which includes performance management skills like time management and goal setting. The Business of Your Business focuses on people, planning and money management. Networking and Referral Systems, will show you how to create a steady stream of advocates and referrals. In Effective Negotiating for Real Estate Professionals you will learn how to consistently secure the best outcomes for your clients and communicate effectively under pressure. If you have already taken NAR's At Home with Diversity, which helps you evaluate and respond to demographic changes is your marketplace, you're already on the road to getting your PMN designation. Take a tip from our WCR President, Tim Kinzler, and attend a class outside your immediate area or better yet out-of-state. Look for a location with a natural migration stream to and from Florida. To learn more about getting started on your PMN designation, visit the www.wcr.org and click on PMN.
