Keeping It Clean

When your home is on the market it is important to keep the house clean.  This does not mean that you cannot live in your home,  but make sure that you are keeping it like you are expecting company.  At times this can be difficult but you need to either do it the night before or in the morning before you leave your home to start the day.  Remember these buyers are your most important guest in your home,  they might be the ones who buy it.
