Just a brief summary of my Real Estate sales activity this year:
I had a very busy winter/spring completing 7-8 transactions, lost a couple listings (both of which were over priced and the sellers refused to lower) I currently have 1 pending and 3 active listings with 2 more coming soon. I am working with 6 active buyers. I have sold approx 2.1 million in residential real estate this year and expect to hit 3.5 by the end of the year.
