Putting 4 years of college to use.

Real Estate Agent with Steffes Group, Inc.

Well it's official.  I am finally working in the career I have wanted to be involved in since I was 14.  My love of homes and enjoyment in meeting new people gave me an interest in working with selling real estate at a young age.  I pursued this passion of mine by taking numerous business courses in high school.

I followed up on that education by going to the University of Northern Iowa and majoring in Marketing and minoring in Real Estate.  I praise the real estate program at UNI.  If you know any one who may be considering studying real estate in college I would highly recommend that they look into this program.

Now that I have graduated from college I am entering the "real world" and working at Coldwell Banker Great River Realty.  I'm living in the Mt. Union area so I commute 30 minutes to the office (which can be frustrating some days).  I know a lot of people in the New London, Mt. Union, and Mt. Pleasant Iowa area.  My hopes are to work mostly in that area.

If you have any suggestions that would help me get the ball rolling let me know!  Thanks for taking the time to read my blog!
