The most wonderful couple are moving to London to raise their adorable son near family.
I was the third Professional Stager they interviewed.
This couple told me I "understood their needs" so I was hired. Having three very small grandsons of my own, I did have a few useful suggestions on toy storage and creative ways to tidy the home quickly for last minute showings.
I know renting furniture is not very practical because sippy cups still do leak and toddlers do love to climb on furniture. I actually like their mission style furniture in this craftman style, charming home.
My suggestions on painting their son's room Grant Beige (Ben Moore), storing and decluttering, replacing lawn in the backyard and removing some plants in the front yard to create curb appeal were gladfully accepted. Team work is what makes staging successful but the special people we meet make it even more delightful.
I returned less than two weeks later to stage this fabulous home near Lake Merritt, walking distance to Kaiser Hospital and BART last Sunday. The broker's tour is next Monday. Here are the photos for you to view.

here is the living room-we purchased toy storage tubs at IKEA. The beautiful photo of Benjamin's toes and hands is the art I used in the remodeled bathroom.
