How about a trade

I have a 1958 GMC former Greyhound bus that was converted to a fully self contained motorhome in the 70's. I would be willing to trade for a piece of land or the down payment of such either in Southern Oregon or Arizona. The value of the bus is around 12k. I know there is someone out there that is interested.
