HOMES THAT ROCK
In Home Studios
More and more these days, music professionals are putting recording studios in their homes. Technology has reached a point where home studios can deliver state of the art sonic quality while offering a convenient and comfortable environment to work in.
If you’re looking for a home in Middle Tennessee with an existing studio or a home with the possibility of putting a studio in, I can help.
My husband Phil has been in the music business since 1970 and we’ve had a recording studio in our house since 1983. That’s 3 houses since 83 where we had to include studio space as criteria for buying a home. Realtors were not exactly savvy to those requirements however, I am.
My husband’s work as a Producer and Engineer enables me to seek out his advice on a particular property’s spatial attributes and limitations and if you’re looking to construct a space or alter an existing space his longtime association with Larry Swist of Lawrence P. Swist Designs enables me to get you all the information you need on that kind of project.
If you’re looking for a Realtor who knows exactly what you’re looking for please contact me at 615-668-9565 or Jdillon@realtracs.com
