I am at complete confusion right now. For the most part of us in the Real Estate market has slowed dramatically. But it seems I am finding alot of drag time from other lenders that just don't do call backs to let people know what the situation is. My ways have not changed. Communication is the key and nothing will kill your business faster than not having it. But in recent months I have had files dropped to me by the grace of God due to other lenders not calling clients back or the agents involved. Two different files the clients were dragged on for 2 and 3 months. That is just insane! !! !
I have a strong understanding that it is not only my pay check involve but the agents as well. None the less its the clients future we are dealing with.
