Despite what the media says, It's a great time in our industry!

Mortgage and Lending with Petra Lending Group

This is a great time in our industry. We can argue that an over correction of the market is happening, it is all part of the healing process. For those of us that are serious about our place in the market, we have a responsibility to provide our clients with sound financing options that fit the goals of our clients and not Wall Street. When we serve our clients well and provide them with sensible and responsible options, we solidify our value...which is teaching, consulting, and trustworthiness.

I agree. It is a positive time for some people and that should encourage us to help those that are ready for this type of market.

Our market is not hard hit and I see how we can evaluate each market and come out ahead.

Thanks Jason, It's great to hear thoughts like these from a lending professional. We're all in this together, and we all benefit from a focus on the positive, and learning from past mistakes in our collective industry.

Yes this is a GREAT time to be in real estate! Down market? I don't think so. It's all about foundation and the basics.

Even though many people are losing their homes, it was necessary to get the home prices back to where they need to be.
