You're kidding, right Setareh? I wouldn't recommend 100% financing for any of my buyers (and it would devalue an offer for my sellers) in our current market. We've got to get away from the quick-fix, easy money mentality if we're going to restore our industry and improve our public image!

Bobby, Thank you for your comment. Please note that I would never recommend anything that would put my clients in an unfortunate position. I am not sure what the market is like in Oregon (although I have heard that Portland is just wonderful), however, in Louisiana, especially Lafayette where I work, the market is strong and stable. I offer 100% financing and put my clients in touch with my preferred mortgage lender who will discuss every aspect of this option to ensure that it is affordable and practical for the needs and goals of my clients. Every client has a different situation. Surely 100% financing is not for everyone, that is why my clients are happy to work with me...I don't just sell real estate, I educate my clients and guide them to make decisions that they are most comfortable with.
