Though I hope not to visit the senior center until I'm officially of age (which is any minute now) this does look like a fine place to be... Also- Surprise, in general, is doing great. I see it's one of the fastest home sales destinations in the state right now. (yes... I did the math.) :-)

Hi Chuck - I haven't checked the numbers across the region but I was surprised at how quickly properties are moving here in Surprise since we had SO many investors that rolled through the area.  We also have quite a few retirement communities, as you know, and they weren't quite as affected by the housing slump as other areas.

Thank you for letting us know how well we compare with other valley regions!
