Why does it seem like the weather in the summer months, at least here in the Midwest, is always scorching hot or a flash flood? We've had weeks of hot, humid weather followed by a couple of days of flooding. Last year it was a 3-month drought and this year, while we haven't had the drought, we've seen some crazy stuff.
