 With the matket the way it is, now is a good time to be contacting investors.  Iam coming across lots of Bank Owned property's that Iam sharing with people to buy for rentals or a homes for themselfs.  I think we all can agree that it is a buyers market, so contact the people that want to take advantage of the market we are in.
