The Beginning of A Turn-Around?

All we have heard lately is how bad the market is right now.  However, lately it seems to be picking up.  I have done more business the last two months than I have all year.  Is it the warm weather or is it a sign that the ship is going to right itself?  Either way, I am certainly not complaining.  I have been very busy on both listing appointments and running around showing homes.  It all seemed to start while I was away with my husband while he attended a professional conference.  I have always told him that if business is bad we should leave town because that is when the phone starts ringing.  It was no different during this particular trip.  Tomorrow we leave for a week long family vacation.  I look forward to relaxing and spending time with my family.  I also look forward to my phone ringing off the hook!  I hope everyone else is feeling some relief along with me!  Good luck to you all and happy selling!
