Now, I'll admit, I'm a little biased...my RE/MAX Central Realty office is located in Colonial Town Park and I've had the opportunity to experience first-hand what a great place this is to work and play! Several times throughout the week, I am patronizing the local coffee shop, taking my family to the movies or dining in at least one or more of the Park's restaurants...and every time, we've had a great experience!
Located just outside the North gate of Heathrow, Colonial Town Park offers a variety of dining venues. For a quick bite, check out Crispers, Papa Joe's or Subway. For those interested in more of a social atmosphere with "adult interaction opportunities," check out Corona Cigar Bar, Dexter's, Liam Fitpatrick's, Ruth Chris Steak House or Amura Japanese Steakhouse (they have the best sushi in town!). I can promise you, these are all great places to unwind after work, network with others or simply enjoy a fine meal or adult beverage.
In addition to being a great place to network, Colonial Town Park is the perfect location for your next "Date Night" too! Here, you can enjoy a bite to eat or Happy Hour, catch a movie at AmStar Cinema and then indulge in a late night "sweet-treat" at Cold Stone Creamery (my personal favorite!)
If shopping or pampering are on your agenda, be sure to stop by Walk on Water and Sheer Bliss. Walk on Water is owned by Rick and Roxane Mann, long-time friends and true "believers" in contributing to the community in which they live. They own two stores (one in Colonial Town Park and the other in Winter Park Village) and are deeply committed to providing quality products and services. Also located in Colonial Town Park, Sheer Bliss is a Day Spa offering hair and nail services, as well as massage and facials. Their "spa" service packages are some of the best in the area!
