Dreams/Goals

By
Real Estate Sales Representative

In this real estate market, many realtors including myself, have experienced difficulty in generating business or closing deals.  So , for this month I am going to shoot for a simple goal of one listing and one accepted offer.  My, goals for the month of July are currently history.  I did not achieve them and I'm not going to dwell on them.  I'm going to take a simple approach of just try and get one deal finished this month or at least have a closing date at the end of the month.  This seems to me like I'm giving up or not having faith in myself but I am willing to try a different approach to get the desired result.  Feel free to offer your input or thought.

Thank You and have a Great August.  The Game must go on

God Bless

I think adjusting goals because of the changes in the market is realistic, not giving up.

Kevin,

What are you doing to meet your goals? How many calls are you making each day? How many contacts are you reaching out to?  How many appointments are you setting up?

Good luck on making your goals.

I think putting your goals down for the world to see is very smart. Makes you more accountable toward those goals. Hope you reached your goals and congrats on your one year anniversary in the rain.
