Help I'm blogged down - how does one get to the right info fast?

By
Commercial Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel

What a great community, and resource of information. Quite frankly much to much to handle even for someone like me who thrives on information.

I see a lot of great great posts, thoughts, and testimony on the help AR has provided specifically in the area of blogging and increasing exposure through blogs.

Are you long time and expert bloggers, are implementing these strategies on you personal and company websites to gain local and market exposure with the end clients?

Does one write about industry trends, local markets and such here in AR and try to point consumers here, or do you write and comment about the profession here with local market trends and such on the company site?

This commercial Real Estat'er needs some direction on how to sift through and implement all this into increasing his exposure and business.

James, if you have specific topics you would like info on then use the search button at the top. It works pretty good. Also, you may want to check out the groups(another button up top) to see if any interest you. This is a great place and you will find it very useful and addicting!

Bryant - Thank you for your direction. I can see how this could be very addicting.

John - Excellent, thanks. I agree that this would be a good place to be specific and interact with others within the commercial profession, and industry.

Do you see more interaction with professionals or consumers?

One of the things I appreciate most about the Active Rain community is the diversity of the membership.  During the the recent Sub-Prime lending crisis...which isn't over by a long shot yet...I really hoped that more members of the mortgage lending community would have written  about their insights & experiences.  The strength of this "stage" is the ability to really spotlight an area of expertise.  As a commercial Realtor, you have a perspective that the residential real estate agent cannot adequately address.  That being said...a Blog is Your Individual Expression & you can write whatever you want; ultimately, that's what keeps this forum interesting & engaging!
