Finiti

I just got my first call from Finiti asking for an exterior bpo with comp photos.  They offered $40!  If the rep can get "approval" to pay $50, he will call back. I am not holding my breath.  Has anyone done business with this company?  Do they always pay 20% below the norm?   Also, do they pay on time?  Just curious.
