Services for Real Estate Pros

Whether you’re a Top Producer or a Realtor working towards that goal, developing your business is a full time job. Success brings its own issues however – the more successful you are the more administrative tasks you have. And the more time you are spending on administration, the less time you are spending on what made you a success in the first place.

But there is a way out of this cycle. By hiring a Real Estate Virtual Assistant (REVA) you will be able to free up your time to continue to grow your business. Lets be honest, you didn’t become a Realtor because you loved paperwork, right?

Working with a REVA is a highly cost effective way of growing your business, whilst maintaining control over your budget. A REVA is available to you as frequently (or infrequently) as you need them – you only pay them for the time you utilize. And best of all, REVAs are independent contractors – so you don’t pay for sick time, vacations, insurance or other costly benefits associated with traditional in-house assistants. A REVA can assist you with everything from schedule management to marketing coordination. We use a variety of technologies to ensure that the service you receive is seamless.

Not entirely sure that working with a REVA I for you? Here are 7 reasons that you should hire a REVA today!

  1. You are in the driving seat – decide how much or how little service you require
  2. Reduced costs – you don’t pay for sick days, personal phone calls, lunch breaks, etc.
  3. Increased Resources – REVAs have a whole wealth of resources that they can share with you from the relationships they have built with other REVAs and vendors
  4. Flexibility – a REVA can work with you wherever you are. So if today you are at corporate head quarters, tomorrow you are working from your home office and the next day you are in Aruba, it makes no difference.
  5. Invested interest – REVAs are business owners and strive for excellence in a bid to maintain their livelihood. Your business is their business, and they will work hard with you to ensure that you are satisfied with the services they provide.
  6. www.majenicvirtualsolutions.comPrivacy – if you predominantly work from your home office, the concept of having a someone in your home may not be appealing. A REVA works entirely remotely – in fact, the majority of REVAs never meet their clients.
  7. Free your mind – you are your business, so by freeing up your time you allow yourself to become more profitable. Don’t waste time on mundane tasks that should not be your focus for the day. Remember – a REVA is a highly skilled professional who excels in doing the things that you hate to do. Not only can  REVA take those tasks off of your ‘to-do’ list, but more than likely a REVA can also do those tasks more efficiently.

So true, Lidia. So many realtors get caught up wearing all the hats and don't realize that it makes them less productive to do so.  By handing off certain tasks or projects to a Virtual Assistant, they free themselves up to do more of what they do best!

Very interesting blog. I can tell you I agree with you. The administrative part of this business sometimes is overwhelming. I will be looking into this virtual assistant and tell all of my friends and associates about it too. Make it a great weekend! Thanks, Keith

You need to do your own thing. Make this business fit your life...instead of your life fitting the business.

Lidia,  I am with you.  I don't know what I would do at times without my assistant.  She is there if and when I need to utilize her services.  It is the days when you have contracts in process, a new listing and then you need to go show property.  It is so nice to be able to turn some admin over to someone and have them help.

I think that hiring a Real Estate Virtual Assistant is not a tough task but to use his maximum

Potential is more important. In real estate business you can't afford to change REVAs too frequently because of security reasons. I believe that the way, you clarify your requirements, becomes more important. OutSorcerer.com may be a good option to know more about hiring reliable Real Estate Virtual Assistants.

Renae - You hve completley hit the nail on the head. People hire realtors (as oposed to going the FSOB route) bcause they want to enlist someone who is a specialist......it saves them time and money. Its the same principal with hiring a VA - by hiring a specialist you can free up your schedule.

Keith - what coul you do with an additional hour a day? What about two hours? How could you grow your business if you had the time to get out there and really market to prospects, with the assurance that all of you admin tasks (calendar management, listing coordination, marketing coordination, etc was in capable hands. Hiring a VA is a great way to ensure that you arerunning your business and your business is not running you.

Feel free to contact me offline for more information on how working with a VA could benefit your business.

Team DiMura - couldn't agree more!

Larry - If you have a great VA, hold on to her! Finding a VA that you can work with is no less important than if you were hiring a member of your in house team.  Can I ask how long you have been utilizing her for? WHat have been some of the advantages and disadvantages you hve dealt with?

Shubhranshu - Great point about security. Be sure to ask any VA you are considering hiring about her non-disclosure policy and wat systems she hasin place for disaster planning.
