Expired Listings make up 32% of my business!!

Currently Expired listings make up 32% of my business. Trust me I have not re invented the wheel, telemarketing (scripts), along with strong USP's (universal sales propistions) have alowed me not to only set more face to face appointments. These tools have actually allowed me to list homes at will.

I currently have a real estate team in the Lake Texoma area www.texomarealtyteam.com . My Texoma team has currently 7 closing sceduled for April, and more importantly has only be around since November 2006. We have listed 12 homes in March 2007.

If your reading this blog and want any help or have any questions how to grow your current real estate business I would love to chat. I am honestly trying to establish a group of agents around the country to chat with and share ideas with.

I would love to "chat" with you any time. I am also looking for "mastermind" partners around the country. I am with KW and we have a mastemind group in the city with mostly KW agnets but a few other companies as well...

I see no one on here responded to you requset for others to discuss and share ideas. It would seem we work is somewhat the same way. It is clear that you are ahead of me but I use many proctor/gooder/kennedy ideas. We do a great deal of direct mail and wrok expired listings as well...

I'd love to learn what you're doing with expireds. It's been a tough market where I am... lots of other realtors pounding these expireds and some are really ticking them off.
