Eglefield Estates Subdivision

It has been a slow start for this subdivision due to the market in genenral. However we know we have an excellent product for families.  The first home in our single family residential area is in the air. YEH!!!!  Completion should be with in the next two months.  We also have 5 lots sold. The owners are excepted to start building with in the next 6 months or sooner. We also have a builder looking stronlgy at picking up a dozen or more of our patio lots. The builder plans on marketing to empty nesters, singles, and first time home builders. The houses will be between 1000-1300 square feet with a two car garage. The prices are not set yet established but if all goes right they should be roughly $130,000- $150,000. The developer has some wonderful builders prices for those who will build a spec house in this subdivision.
