Home sales in Green, Ohio are showing a slight recovery over the trend for the past year. Sales increased steadily during the first three quarters of 2007 but dropped to an all time low in the fourth quarter. The first quarter of 2008 began to show a slight recovery while the second quarter 2008 outperformed all previous periods going back to the beginning of 2007.

Average square footage of homes sold in Green, Ohio increased from 2,205 sq/ft in the second quarter of 2007 to 2,384 in Q2 of 2008.
Average "Days on Market dropped significantly from the second quarter 2007 (130 DOM) compared to the second quarter 2008 (107 DOM). It must be noted that the number of days a home was on the market in each quarter from Q1 2007 through Q1 2008 were all in excess of 130 days. In fact, the first quarter 2008 posted the highest average days on market of 141 days during that period.

Valuations do appear to be increasing slightly in Green, Ohio amid reports in the media of decreasing valuations in surrounding markets.
