I know everyone will agree with me when I say that we are in a tough market. It is extremely difficult to stay focused and positive when we are being faced with the gloom and doom of the housing market. Everyday we are reminded by the media and our clients about market conditions and that it's not going to get any better. Enough about all the negative!!!
We need to get the excitement back in what we do and rethink how we do business. Agents need to communicate with each other, you need to be visible. One of the best ways that I can think of is to caravan. To caravan not only refreshes yourself with the inventory but gives you the chance to talk with each other.
