Should I be this excited....I made 7 appointments yesterday and today the phone continued to ring! Praise GOD! I think buyers just might be saying "tis" is the season. I think they are right. Right now when the season is coming upon the "slow down", the phone rings instead. Here comes the change. The buyers will be buying low, getting good deals, with all kinds of perks. At least I can say Mahopac is moving today. Yep, if August stays busy, the cycle with be broken. Only daily can we see this happen....Today, it was yuckkie weather....but no cancellations. What does this say? I am going to stay excited.
